After placing your order please send us your digitized photo to pics@etctrade.com (Please write your complete name and/or Order # on the subject line). For the orientation of the picture, please note that if you send us a horizontal picture and you choose a vertical frame, your picture may need to be cropped and vice versa. This item becomes a permanent high gloss photo plaque; therefore make sure to plan ahead which picture you want on it.

NOTE: We recommend sending your scanned picture at least at a 200 dpi resolution. If you don't have a scanner or a means to scan your photo in full color, you can mail us your photograph by conventional U.S. mail at this address. Your photo will be returned to you (at no cost) upon order delivery.
