Ground shipping orders will start to be processed on the next business day. Expedited and Next-Day shipping orders will be processed on the same business day, when placed before 1 p.m PST. We will personalize and ship most items in 3 business days. However, some items may require extra personalization time (logo setups, embroidery, signatures, and others). If your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days we will notify you immediately.
Once your order is placed, if you need to cancel it or change the personalization of your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is being processed it can no longer be canceled because it is sent immediately into production. You may still be able to change the personalization, depending at which stage of the production process your order is. Special Shipping Situations- The above time table is only valid for continental USA. When shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, shipping delays may occur.
- We ship to P.O. boxes using the ground shipping and expedited shipping methods ONLY. Occasionally, depending on the weight of the item, additional charges may be required when shipping to P.O. boxes.
- APO/FPO Addresses: Select ground shipping method ONLY (Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery). Occasionally, depending on the weight of the item, additional charges may apply when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. A Tracking number may not be available for APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping to multiple addresses: When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged $5.95 for each additional ship-to address.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates vary according to the destination country and the weight of the item ordered. Charges will be calculated in each individual order. We cannot guarantee ship times for international shipments due to customs delays that are outside of our control

When shipping to California, a state sales tax of 7.75% will be added to your order.
