Once your order is placed, if you need to cancel it or change the personalization of your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is being processed it can no longer be canceled because it is sent immediately into production. You may still be able to change the personalization, depending at which stage of the production process your order is.

IN A HURRY? We offer a $5-$20 premium delivery service, which will guarantee your order will ship on the same day or next-business day. However, such fee will apply for every item on your order. This fee will account for the over-time labor required to rush the engraving of your order.
Simply make the "Premium Delivery Service" request on the Special Instruction box, and the fee will be charged to your credit card after the order is placed. Your order will then be engraved on the same day and shipped using the method of shipment chosen at the time of checkout.
Ground Shipping Orders will start to be processed on the same business day or on the next business day, and will be shipped after a 1-2 business days production (on the 3rd business day) time via Ground shipping Only. If your order cannot be shipped within this time frame we will notify you immediately.
Expedited and Rushed orders will be processed on the same business day, when placed before 11am PST, and will be shipped either on the same business day that the order was made if said order was made before 11am PST, or ASAP thereafter. These orders can be shipped via Ground Shipping, 3-day, 2-day or Next-Day service. The production time of your order will be expedited or rushed and your order will be shipped using a method that will guarantee the promised delivery time.
Special Shipping Situations
- The above time table is only valid for continental USA. When shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, shipping delays may occur.
- A $6 delivery fee will be added to all orders delivered to: P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories.
- We ship to P.O. boxes using the ground shipping and expedited shipping methods ONLY. Occasionally, depending on the weight of the item, additional charges may be required when shipping to P.O. boxes. We can not ship orders over $95.00 to PO Box addresses. If your order exceeds the $95 value we can not ship it to a PO Box.
- APO/FPO Addresses: Select ground shipping method ONLY (Please allow at least 2 additional weeks for delivery). Occasionally, depending on the weight of the item, additional charges may apply when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. A Tracking number may not be available for APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping to multiple addresses: When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged $6.95 (ground shipping) for each additional ship-to address. Additional fees may be charged to expedited and next-day shipping orders.
- Additional shipping fees may apply to orders over 10 lbs. If needed, an email with the exact delivery fees will be sent to you once your order is placed. We will charge you the exact amount that our shipping company charges us.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates vary according to the destination country and the weight of the item ordered. Charges will be calculated in each individual order. Any applicable surcharges, brokerage fees, taxes, VAT fees or import duties must be paid by the customer. We cannot guarantee ship times for international shipments due to customs delays that are outside of our control. International Orders are NON-Returnable (No Exceptions)
Additional Shipping Information
- Most of our packages will be efficiently delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS).
- If your delivery address is within Continental USA, our system will upload your UPS tracking number within 24-48 hours of shipment of your package, and if you need help, we will do everything we can to help you track your package. However, we're not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the package has been scanned into the UPS tracking system; it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address they give as the shipping address or destination is the correct address and that the customer can receive the product at this address. If a package is left at the door, it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
- If you make a mistake, provide insufficient delivery information, or are not available to receive your package, the shipping company will charge an additional delivery fee, returned fee, or address correction fee ($8.00 -$20.00), which will in turn be passed on to you.
- Etc Trade, LLC is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer, in the event the customer makes any alteration to their shipping address after their package has been scanned into the UPS system.
- If your package is sent (by us) on-time and via the method of shipping you requested, but your tracking number shows that your package was delayed (by the shipping company) due to a condition that is out of anyone's control (e.g. weather delay, receiver not available, etc.), understandably, we can not be held responsible for such contingency, as the shipping fees were paid to the shipping company.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages left by the shipper at the customer's shipping address.
When shipping to California, a state sales tax of 8% will be added to your order.
