Etc Trade, LLC is committed to your satisfaction! Cancellations & Return Policy Cancellations and changes must be made by 1:00 p.m. PST of the same day you place your order. Orders placed on or before 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the same day as the order was placed. - If any item(s) in your order is (are) not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return the item(s) in new condition and in its (their) original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund
- Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase can be completely refunded or exchanged for merchandise of equal value. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error
- We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) In the event that you made an error on spelling of any item and need a replacement, we offer the item to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you
- If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee. Of course, we will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error
- If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship
