Each item we select must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each order to your specifications. In addition, before any item ships from our warehouse, it must pass a final inspection for quality control and accuracy. Etc Trade, LLC stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return it or exchange it based on our Cancellations and Returns Policy.  We will satisfy you in accordance with the return policy below.  Etc Trade, LLC is committed to meeting your expectations, and more!

Cancellations & Return Policy

Cancellations will be accepted as long as your order it is still under the "submitted" status. Once an order is being processed it can no longer be canceled because it is sent immediately into production. You may still be able to change the personalization, depending on which stage of the production process your order is. Use our Contact Us Form to notify us of changes about your order, or call us toll-free at 1-800-805-9508. International customers call 1-949-340-0170.

  • If any item(s) in your order is (are) not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may exchange it (them) for the same exact item. Only if the item is currently out of stock, you may retun it(them) in new condition and in its (their) original packaging for a prompt full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a defect or manufacturing error and the item is being exchanged for an identical replica.
  • Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 10 business days (2 weeks) of delivery date (with the exception of dated items and Zippo products). All ZIPPO damaged brand items must be reported within 5 business days (1 week) of delivery date. In addition, all exchanges must be received by etcTrade within 30 days of receipt.
  • Dated items, must be inspected IMMEDIATELY. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless of whether they are defective or damaged, as etcTrade cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. 
  • Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RMA NUMBER before returning. etcTrade will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). At times, express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. EtcTrade will advise what shipping carrier you should use for your return. 
  • EtcTrade it is not responsible for any package arriving without a return merchandise authorization number.
  • We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!)  In the event that you made an error on the spelling or composition of any item and need a replacement, we will offer the item to you at a 30% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.  
  • If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.  Of course, we will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error  
  • If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply
  • Personalized items can only be returned in exchange for an identical replica and only when the original item sent contained defects in materials or workmanship
