Independence Day, Fourth of July, 2007

Fourth of July, 2007 or independence day will probably take on a new meaning for many of us. Just watching fireworks and attending patriotic festivities can make you and your familiy  feel in touch with your community. Last year I grabbed my American flag and waved it, like others did, to celebrate one more year of our United States, as a nation. I celebrated and stood proud and never looked back. I enjoyed the view around me and realized that I felt proud to be an American citizen.  A naturalized one, that is. American by choice.
